The Dungarvan subdivision in Beaverton, Oregon is being built by Kodiak Building and features several PABCO® Roofing shingle products. Dan Stephenson, the owner of Kodiak Building, has used several distinct colors, from PABCO Premier Elite® Antique Black, Paramount Advantage® Antique Black, Paramount® Oakwood, to Cascade™ Cambrian Slate. The subdivision includes seven home sites and Kodiak is showcasing their home designs for potential customers. Dan chose to use PABCO Roofing for three more homes that are being built in Dungarvan. He buys the roofing material from Ron at Woodfeathers in Beaverton, who convinced him that Cascade Cambrian Slate was the right product for the home design. Dan is exceedingly pleased with the way it turned out. Kodiak has been in business since 1993 and we look forward to continuing our strong partnership with them for another 23 years, as well as Woodfeathers.
